Providers & subprocessors
Our service provider directory, processing purposes, and how to obtain the scope relevant to your organization.
Service providers and customer-specific scope
This directory explains the providers and service categories involved in DaanVeda. A provider can be a processor, subprocessor, independent controller, or customer-authorized service depending on the activity. The applicable customer agreement and service configuration determine the recipients, roles, locations, and onward processing for your organization. Request a scoped list through privacy@daanveda.com.
Providers and service purposes
| Provider / service | Purpose | Service scope |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform | Application hosting and SQL databases. | Location and service scope follow the applicable deployment and customer arrangement. |
| Amazon Web Services — DynamoDB, S3, SES, and CloudFront | Application databases, file storage / delivery, and email delivery. | Service involvement varies by feature; a location scope covers databases, files, delivery, replicas, backups, and email as applicable. |
| Google — Firebase / Firestore, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and Fonts | Authentication / account records, website enquiry records, bookings, requested media, and font delivery. | These are separate services with different purposes, settings, and roles. |
| Razorpay | Checkout and payment verification. | Payment processing is subject to the relevant payment terms and privacy arrangements. |
| DaanVeda Unisheet | Website demonstration-enquiry records and connected workflows. | Customer-enabled integrations and underlying infrastructure follow the relevant service scope. |
| Google — Gemini / Vertex AI | AI chat, research, grounding, content analysis, and image-related features. | The selected API and feature determine context inputs, location, retention, and model-related terms. |
| Microsoft — Azure OpenAI and Clarity | AI features and application analytics / session insight. | These are distinct services; AI and analytics purposes, settings, choices, and privacy arrangements are handled separately. |
| Google Analytics, PostHog, and Datadog | Application analytics, diagnostics, account-context monitoring, and session replay where enabled. | Use depends on the relevant service configuration, privacy choices, and data minimization / retention arrangements. |
| Apollo, BetterContact, RocketReach, and ContactOut | People / company discovery and contact enrichment. | The requested feature determines input / result data, recipient roles, and the relevant rights and suppression handling. |
| Exa and Apify | Research / profile discovery and collection features. | Use follows the selected feature, its purpose, and the applicable provider arrangements. |
Databases, search, and supporting infrastructure
Supporting technology includes PostgreSQL and SQL Server, Typesense search, Valkey caching, and a MongoDB integration for blog content. A software name does not, by itself, identify a hosting provider or a processing country.
Our privacy team can provide service-specific provider, role, location, retention, AI data-handling, and transfer information. Customer-specific notification, authorization, and objection arrangements are governed by the applicable agreement.
Supplier review, changes, and objections
Request the scoped provider inventory or raise an objection. Include the service and concern. Notification periods, authorization, objection handling, and remedies must be specified in an executed DPA; publication here does not replace contractual authorization.
Do not assume that every listed service participates in every customer’s processing or that unlisted integrations have been approved.
